Sam Caster
President and CEO
Sam is one of the true pioneers of the Integrative health industry. 1994, he created a global distribution company for the world’s first, patented Acemannan immune activating extract. This company generated over 3 billion dollars in revenues and received over 100 global patents over the next 20 years. In 1999, Sam and his wife Linda founded MannaRelief a not for profit organization that has provided over 130 million servings of Acemannan advanced immune support to vulnerable/medically fragile children in over 90 countries of the world. Sam’s faith, experience, passion and leadership provide the driving forces behind Alovéa, a company Sam refers to as A Modern Day “Joseph” company of provision. He and Linda lead a busy life with 5 children.

Bryan Farrar
Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel
For 20 years, Bryan used his combination of skills in business and law, to advise and represent a variety of individuals and entities in various aspects of business, including complex business litigation. As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Alovéa, Bryan is utilizing his entrepreneurial business acumen along with his legal experience to address legal and compliance issues for Alovéa while directing and managing the daily operations of the company. He is licensed to practice law in both California and Texas.
Bryan has a life mission of combining his law background with business entrepreneurship to help create and manage a successful social business model with the ultimate goal of addressing the needs of the world’s most vulnerable children. He currently serves on the board of MannaRelief. He and his wife, Maxine, have 3 children and 5 grandchildren and enjoy gardening and beekeeping.

Linda Lucas Padilla
Chief Marketing Officer
With over three decades in the direct sales industry, Linda has been a successful executive in some of the top beauty and nutritional companies. Known for leading global marketing initiatives that successfully support business objectives, she embraces Alovéa’s Social Business as the most unique platform in addressing today’s world health challenges and is focused on supporting the success of Social Business Partners to help make a real difference.
Chosen as one of the Top 25 Most Influential Women in Direct Sales, she brings a wealth of creative experience to Alovéa and is leading the marketing, product, incentive and event efforts as Chief Marketing Officer. Linda and her husband Gonzalo, have one daughter and enjoy traveling and gardening.

Ben Platt
Chief Financial Officer
Ben Platt, CPA, MBA is the Chief Financial Officer of Alovéa. With extensive experience in direct selling, Ben’s primary background is in public accounting working as the Founder and CEO of Tembo CPAs. As a highly engaged with the field CFO for Alovéa, he is focused on Social Business Partner success. Ben’s professional mission is to help business owners be successful in achieving their goals. Using his experience working with clients, he has also participated as a partner or sole owner in many entrepreneurial businesses including banking, direct selling, real estate development, mini-storage, blogging, affiliate marketing and others. Ben, Cleta and their two children love to travel, especially internationally where they’ve collected a dozen + stamps in their passports and are always making plans for the next trips.
